S H Kelkar announces the death of Chairman Ramesh Vaze, who shaped the fragrance firm As on : 15-Sep-26  17:42

S H Kelkar and Company Limited (SHK) announced the passing of its Chairman, Mr. Ramesh Vinayak Vaze, aged 85, who had been associated with the company for over six decades and served as a key figure in shaping SHK into India’s largest India-origin fragrance and flavour company. Mr. Vaze, a Master Perfumer, joined the family business in 1961 and most recently served as Non-Executive Chairman since 2019, and his death occurred on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
